•Attribution is first-touch — first referrer wins.
•The referral cookie is stored on the visitor's browser and remains until they sign up or clear their cookies.
•Commission is paid only on eligible Gully Plus revenue we actually receive.
•Refunds and chargebacks reverse the underlying commission event immutably (via an offsetting ledger entry).
•Minimum payout threshold is set per-country to keep transfer costs manageable.
•Fraudulent commission events (self-referrals, fake accounts, coerced signups) are reversed via new ledger entries.
